I'm not ready to call this a ressurection, but I felt it was time to try and breath some life back into my profile. I've been living off my iPad mini for a while now, and so my digital art has been shuffled off to an early grave I fear. I hope someday to give it another try, but for now it seems painting and writing are going to be my bread and butter. Life has been a bit of a challenge since I last was around. In a few hours I will be heading out for yet another grand adventure with the family. It goes without saying that I am eagerly anticipating the 12 hour car ride in which I will be doing a majority of the driving without having actually gone to sleep tonight (To those who are not familiar with me yet, this is indeed sarcasm. I am not looking forward to it at all). I am not sure if it is just the sleepless nights getting to me, or if this is a side-effect of going through some of my old work. But lately I have been feeling discontent with the amount of writing I have been doing. I find for myself, and I am given to believe it is a universal truth, that depression and unrest tend to give way to creativity. In the past I have used these feelings to great effect in writing papers and stories for school, but now that I am "out in the world" I am no longer required to write.
